Since the beginning of the year, our fellows from the Hogar Manuel Galecio, located in Alausí, Province of Chimborazo, have been part of various activities that enrich their training, principles, and values.
The gaze and friendly and generous hand always reaches this beautiful corner of the region for the benefit of our fellows. This time they received gifts from Ing. Julio Guzmán, president of the board of directors of Hogares, and his wife, as well as from Grupasa, whom they thanked with their artistic presentations.
On the other hand, they participate in talks that address a variety of topics according to their needs. On this occasion, they were active participants in an internal communication campaign and a talk given by a psychologist, from where messages were shared about the importance of mental health care. During the talk, they had the testimonies of people who suffered from eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia, alcoholism, and drug addiction, pathologies that can mainly affect girls and adolescents.
